The Core Concept

THE INFINITY CYCLE is a 4-book metaphysical sci-fi thriller series where the big idea is: the universe offers “peace” and “stability,” but the price is your conscience and your ability to say no.

The Core Concept

The crew discovers a boundary at the edge of the known universe (“The Rim”) and crosses into Infinity a layered outer realm “on the other side” of our universe.

In Infinity, entropy can reverse (negentropy), randomness becomes pattern, and scale can swap (a universe can look like a blood cell, and a blood cell can read as cosmic mass).

The deeper theme is control vs. consent: when “mercy” and “safety” sound responsible, can you still say no?

The Layered Cosmology (Infinity’s Structure)

Infinity is described as layers:

Throne Room (top layer) — “signal” level ultimate structured authority.
Heaven — structured joy and ascent.
Universe Band — where our universe and other universes exist.
Purgatory (Processing Layer) — sorting/processing logic, “resolution.”
Hell (Collapse Layer) — efficient destruction, “downward” force.

Infinity has no limit to how large “large” can get, or how small “small” can get unlike our universe, which has limits.

The Main Forces and Threats

DOWN: a flattening force that makes surrender feel like safety; control disguised as care.
Negentropy: decay slows, broken systems self-organize, heat flows “wrong.”
The Scale-Swap: measurements break; Kaito struggles to build a new language for reality.
The Warden: a cold intelligence that frames freedom as “risk,” offers stability through containment, and pushes “Verdict” logic.
The Hunger: not a monster with claws an appetite that feeds on isolation, secrecy, shame, and private processing.
UP: “coherence that doesn’t flatten” alignment without coercion; it preserves choice and requires witness.
